Where is my order?

You can go to Order History page to view your order status. You will be able to see your successfully submitted orders.

The order I received is not complete. What do I do?

If you ordered several items, it’s most likely that we shipped your items separately. The Status column will display Partial Shipped if your order was shipped in separate packages. Please call us at 888-328-2955 and we will be more than happy to look into it for you.

My order hasn’t arrived, what can I do?

You can go to Order History page to view your order status. Please call us at 888-328-2955 and we will be more than happy to look into it for you.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has already been processed and printed, it cannot be cancelled. However, we will do the best we can to cancel your order. Please call us at 888-328-2955 to check if there is still time for you to cancel your order.

Can I change my order?

If your order has already been processed and printed, it cannot be changed. But we will do the best we can to help. If you have submitted your order within 24 hours, please call us at 888-328-2955 to check if there is still time for you to cancel your order. Once your order is successfully cancelled, you can place a new order.

Can I change my shipping address?

We cannot edit the shipping address of an existing order. You may be able to cancel the original order and place a new order with a correct address. To cancel your order, please see Can I cancel my order?

Can I update my billing address?

No. However, please feel free to call us at 888-328-2955 for assistance.

How do I re-order?

  1. Click Order History at the top right hand of your screen.
  2. The Order History page appears, displaying your previous orders. Find the order you would like to reorder, and click Reorder Now.
  3. The entire order will be added to your cart. If you wish to order an individual item, simply delete the items you do not wish to order and they’ll be removed from your cart. Once, complete, continue to checkout.

How much does shipping cost?

Our shipping fees are based on the weight and the packaging size of the items you’ve ordered. The shipping fee is calculated and displayed before you finalize your order.

Do you offer expedited shipping services?

Yes. We offer expedited shipping services. You can select the shipping services during the Checkout processes.

Which countries do you ship to?

Currently, we ship to United States of America and Puerto Rico. We do not ship to the rest of Virgin Islands, Canada, PO Boxes, APOs, MPOs addresses at this time.

I forgot my password. What do I do?

On the Login page, click “I Forgot my Password.” Then you will be prompted to provide your e-mail address. You’ll receive a link to create a new password.

How do I update my account information?

 

Click My Account. Here you can update your Login information and contact information. Be sure to save the changes.

Can I request a quote?

The pricing information is available on all of the product pages if it’s applicable. Some items are download only, therefore, there is no pricing information provided on those particular pages. If the quantity that you would like to order is outside of what’s shown in the pricing table on the product page, please contact us either by phone at 888-328-2955 or e-mail at MarketingPortal@co-opfs.org to check with us. We’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

How do I customize a marketing material?

You can upload your logo and contact information (depending on the type of marketing materials) by following a few easy steps directly on the product page. Some marketing materials are designed to allow more customization than others and not all marketing materials on the portal are customizable.

I cannot find the item I’m looking for. What do I do?

There are several ways you can search for an item.

  1. Keyword or SKU Number Search, you can search for a specific item by putting in a keyword in the “Search” field on the top right corner. For example, type in “Shared Branch Logo” and then click the search button, all the related items will show up. You can also put in a specific SKU number in the search field and it will be pulled up on your screen accordingly.

  2. Search by Product From homepage, click on Shop > Categories. Then choose an appropriate category to find the item you are looking for.

  3. Search by Business Line, Campaign or Item Type From homepage, click on Business Line, Campaign, Digital Items or Print Items and choose the appropriate item you are looking for.
